Karate promotes honesty and integrity

Students of martial arts in Perth are encouraged to be completely honest and trustworthy at all times. To be able to train effectively and be respected in karate, our students have to be good role models and credible opponents.

Honesty: meaning to rely on the person to do the right thing when paying for goods and services, when there is no one to check their actions. E.g. When leaving money for chocolates, in a chocolate donation box.

Integrity: the practice of being honest and showing consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values.
